FORM:
Whatever process the listener/dancer may be engaging in, they are given a chance to move between two phases:

(A) Entering & (B) Exploring

LENGTH & EFFECT:
The length of this track is nearly 31 minutes. This length is meant to give the body time to move through a process.

Traditionally, 31 minutes is said to be long enough to affect all the cells and rhythms of the body and all layers of the mind's projection. Endocrine balance is also said to be achieved.
